Bizfixr provides move-out cleaning and related cleaning services. Scope depends on selected package and add-ons.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings must be scheduled in advance
• Service time is confirmed after booking
• Property access must be provided

3. Pricing

• Pricing depends on property size, condition, and services selected
• Extra charges may apply for heavy dirt or additional work

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before service
• Late cancellations may incur a fee

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Report issues within 24 hours
• We offer a free re-clean for missed areas based on agreed checklist
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case

6. Property Conditions

• Property must have water and electricity
• Unsafe or unsuitable conditions may lead to rescheduling

7. Liability

• Bizfixr is not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Clients must secure valuables before service

8. Add-On Services

Add-ons (oven, fridge, etc.) must be selected during booking or may be subject to availability.

9. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise
• We accept major debit/credit cards

10. Referral Program

Bizfixr may offer referral commissions. Terms are shared separately.
