🔁 Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

No problem at all.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment
  • If it’s less than 24 hours, a small fee may apply since we’ve already reserved your time slot
  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full

  • If we’re unable to enter, it may be treated as a late cancellation
